Michelle A. M. Miller is an emerging visual artist who creates colorful mixed media works inspired by her investigations into place, material, and process. Her work has been featured in Oxford American, On View magazine and on the cover of Coastlines magazine. She has participated in group exhibitions throughout South Florida, and in 2014 she received a Judge’s Choice award for her work in ''The Triumph of Detritus'' group exhibition at 1310 Gallery in Ft. Lauderdale (FL). She has been awarded two Friedland Project Grants and an Esther Saylor Rothenberger Endowed Scholarship. Her work is held in private collections throughout the United States. Miller earned her BFA in painting from Florida Atlantic University and her BA in art history from Georgetown University. The artist lives and works in West Palm Beach, FL.
